Félicitations!

Happy Wednesday, learning friends!
What a busy morning!

It was our turn to present at this month's Celebration of Learning assembly,
and what a truly great job we did!

We presented our learning in Français and Mathématiques.

For Français, we shared some of our Zamboni book critiques.

For Mathématiques, we represented 4 different percent questions using animals we drew ourselves.

Example: There are 16 animals.
75% are in a water. 50% are monkeys or crocodiles. 25% are penguins or pigs. 0% are fish.
(Therefore: 12/16 are in a tree, 8/16 are monkeys or crocodiles, 4/16 are penguins or pigs
and 0/16 are fish).

At the end of our presentation, Mme Careen presented the three "Chevalier par excellence" awards for our class. Félicitations to Bailey, Nathaniel and Quinn!
(Unfortunately, Nathaniel and Bailey were absent from school this morning, so they will receive their awards once they are back!)

After the assembly, we took a bit of time to embark on a stealthy kindness mission in honour of Conscious Kindness Day.

We each took on the task of writing at least 20 kind, positive messages on post-it notes and then took to the halls to ensure every locker received a sticky note before morning locker break.
It was a bit of a mad dash at the end, but we were successful with our Conscious Kindness task! :)

*****
A big BRAVO to everyone for their hard work this morning!
You are an incredible group of Chevalier Superstars! :)
